FAQs
When and how will I get my tickets?
Around 7 days prior to event date. Via AXS app. You’ll get an email confirmation once transferred. Once you’ve received and accepted your tickets, you can transfer to event guests (name/email addresses required). AXS info HERE
Can I transfer the places to someone else?
Yes, (see above).
What do I need to do before the event?
- Please check your AXS account to ensure you can see your tickets in the app.
- Ensure all guests have their tickets, although you can also show all tickets on one device for entry, if you’re all arriving together.
- Ensure phones have enough battery to keep charged on entry and throughout the night.
- Also please ask guests to not take a screenshot of their ticket. For security reasons, the QR codes on each ticket changes once a minute and a screenshot will not be accepted.
- Please note that security checks may take up to an hour depending on queues at peak times.

What are the event timings?
You’ll receive event timings, itineraries and helpful information on your final event email, sent around 10 days prior to the event date.
Can I bring children?
A specific event may have its own age restrictions, so it’s important to check. See your final event email, or contact us for any specific age limits for your show.
Ages under 15: Must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. Standing areas: Not suitable for children under 16.
