Are you official/authorised at Co‑op Live?
Yes, we’ve specialised in VIP packages for major music event since 2012: your booking is fully legitimate and guaranteed.
What types of corporate VIP packages can you arrange at Co‑op Live?
We can arrange private suites, premium lounge or club seats, and enhanced “backstage‑style” experiences such as upgrades to the Co‑op Backstage Club.
How and when will we receive our VIP tickets if we book through The Hospitality Broker?
Your tickets will be issued around 7 days before the event, via email or mobile app.
Do all our guests need to download the Co‑op Live app?
Yes, Co‑op Live operates mobile ticketing with SafeTix barcodes, so each guest should access their own ticket in the Co‑op Live app; screenshots or printouts are not accepted at the venue.
Can we transfer tickets directly to our clients and guests?
Yes, where the event allows transfers, tickets can be transferred through the Co‑op Live app, and we can provide simple step‑by‑step guidance to your PA or organiser so they can distribute tickets smoothly.
Will there be good food and drink options for all tastes?
Yes, the arena has multiple bars, restaurants, lounges and concessions, and premium areas offer elevated menus and table service; we will brief you on what to expect in your specific package, so you can set the right expectations with clients.
Are there age restrictions for VIP guests?
Yes, all venue rules apply regardless of ticket type: everyone must have a ticket, under‑14s must be accompanied by an adult over 18, and under‑16s are not allowed in the standing area.cooplive
