Additional Hospitality Camping Information

Enjoy your stay at Glastonbury Festival! Established in 1970 and based in the beautiful Vale of Avalon, Glastonbury Festival is the largest greenfield music and performing arts festival in the world and a template for all festivals that have followed.

The festival welcomes incredible artists and wonderfully friendly revellers to enjoy the festival’s varied and awe-inspiring entertainment. Headline acts and more commercial acts perform on and around the Pyramid, Other and Dance stages whereas the more laid-back areas such as Jazzworld and the Acoustic areas might suit the more chilled out festival goer.

The Kidz Field, the Theatre and the Circus Fields are perfect for families. If you’re into the more alternative, less noisy aspects of festival life, you can always head up to the Field of Avalon, the Tipi Field, and the Green Fields.

You’ll meet all kinds of people, of all ages, backgrounds, nationalities, lifestyles, faiths, concepts of fashion (or lack of it) and musical taste. The overall vibe of the Festival is consistently mellow and friendly, even in the event of rain and the inevitable mud that comes with it!

Can My Friends Come Into The Hospitality Camping Field Area?

Unfortunately, no! If friends were allowed in, these areas and services would get overloaded which would then spoil it for other guests. The reception staff will only admit guests that have the correct wristbands.

Can We Bring Glass Within Hospitality Camping Field Area?

No, please do not bring anything in a glass bottle to the festival (even perfume) as it will be confiscated if found.

Camping Stoves

Hospitality Camping Field are very welcome to bring camping stoves to use outside of their tents. The use of stoves inside tents is NOT permitted. Due to health and safety issues guests are not allowed to have open fires within the Hospitality Camping Field area.

Is There Anywhere Secure To Lock Away Items Safely?

The Hospitality Camping Field does not provide lockers. However the festival has onsite locker systems.

Please note; all details and timings are subject to change.
